The PROTEA Professional Development Center evolved from our strong commitment to employee development and community education. Meeting licensure requirements while pursuing ongoing professional development education remains a constant challenge for healthcare professionals. PROTEA attempts to meet those ongoing needs by presenting seminars, conferences, periodic workshops and training sessions. Events are designed to meet the needs identified by the professional community and qualify for continuing education credits for the target audience. Teleconferencing capabilities will expand access to our events offering rural communities the maximum advantage technology provides in gaining access to communication. In addition, client-specific educational programs created by our program development team will assist organizations delivering behavioral health services to schools and institutions, through access to quality, needs-based training.

PROTEA draws upon the extensive pool of local knowledge and experience in addition to bringing in speakers renowned in their respective fields.
